Passionate about cooking since childhood, Cyrille Montanier honed his craft alongside some of the biggest names in French gastronomy, starting with his apprenticeship at Restaurant Le Pirate in Ferney-Voltaire in 1991.
His career took him through the Michelin-starred kitchens of Paul Bocuse in Collonges-au-Mont-d’Or, Georges Blanc in Vonnas, and Philippe Rochat in Crissier.

Le Lexique offers French bistronomic cuisine. Chef Cyrille Montanier creates refined dishes using fresh seasonal ingredients and regularly offers themed evenings.
The restaurant is open Tuesday to Friday for lunch and dinner (12 p.m.–2 p.m. and 7 p.m.–10 p.m.), and Saturday evening only (7 p.m.–10 p.m.). Closed on Sunday and Monday.
