From October to December, our menu is enriched with game preparations that have built Le Lexique’s reputation. Roe deer, wild boar, pheasant and hare: each cut is selected from trusted suppliers.

Chef Cyrille Montanier elevates these noble meats with recipes that respect tradition while adding his personal touch. Hare a la royale, slow-simmered stews, saddle of roe deer and seasonal accompaniments.
